Place the sneakers in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to us undamaged.
Ship the Item
Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
